She is a licensed California CPA with more than 20 years of public accounting, financial reporting, tax, and audit experience, with a strong focus on PCAOB-related audit work for public-company and reverse-merger engagements.

Alice has extensive experience supporting SEC reporting, including Forms 10-Q and 10-K, and has served clients across manufacturing, apparel, international trading, and education sectors. Her background includes serving as Chief Financial Officer of a publicly traded company, where she prepared consolidated financial statements and coordinated closely with auditors, controllers, and management through the reporting cycle. She has also performed audit and workpaper review work for reverse-merger and public-company engagements, supervising audit teams and evaluating internal controls to improve reporting efficiency.

Alice earned her Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration, with a focus in Accounting Theory and Practice, from California State University, Northridge. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the California Society of CPAs, and is fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese.
